Mission

To focus on the well-being of people in our service area through programs designed to achieve and sustain a state of good health.

Vision

To provide a comprehensive health care system for our isolated rural service area.

Values

Respect as we will build and value concern with everyone’s abilities, qualities, and achievements.

Compassion as we show genuine realness while working with all stakeholders to maximum capacity to feel and convey sorrow or support for another's shortcomings in abilities, differences, suffering, or misfortune as we emulate support for our fellowman.

Quality is key in our every action and goal as we strive to meet our highest level of excellence.

Collaboration is paramount as we support the team, work hand in hand to further Southeast Colorado Hospital District and Long Term Care Center through all our endeavors, doing our part and together in matters of care and intellectual endeavors.

Empathy, mercy, and sympathy, will help us build strength and understanding of our team as we are aware of care, being sensitive to, and vicariously experiencing the feelings, thoughts, and experiences in our interactions with others.
