Cardiac, Vascular and Pulmonary Therapy
Southeast Colorado Hospital launched a new Cardiac, Vascular, Pulmonary (CVP) Rehab Program. This is three separate programs run by the same staff. Many patients that qualify for one program also qualified for another one as well. By running all these programs with the same staff, we are able to get a more holistic perspective and treatment. Our multidisciplinary team includes exercise physiologists, register nurses, physical and occupational therapists. As a team, we work together with research-based programs to help decrease the likelihood of another cardiac event, COPD flareup, or help people be able to walk further with less leg pain.
