Occupational Therapy


Occupational Therapist work with individuals from birth to elderly to promote optimal participation in activities that they want to do, need to do and love to do.

Occupational Therapy can assist with:

Developing, improving, maintaining and restoring independence with Activities of Daily Living for all ages.

Lifestyle Modification including: smoking cessation, healthy diet & exercises plans for health & disease prevention.

Community reintegration after significant life changes including injury or illness.

Hands & Upper Extremity: shoulders, wrists, elbows, hand & nerve injuries, fine motor deficits & arthritis.

Adolescents; work readiness, transitional skills, social skills, mental health & instrumental ADLs.

Geriatric: mobility/balance, fall prevention, fine motor, functional skills, quality of life.

Pediatrics: developmental disorders, sensory deficits, picky eating/food aversions, fine motor skills, motor control/coordination, gross motor skills, visual perception, tracking & ECT.
